Section 6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Return Window: We offer a 30-day right of return starting from the moment you receive your complete order.
  • Condition: Items must be in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with original tags and packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
