Your delivery time consists of two critical steps:

Our team processes your item, conducts a thorough quality check, carefully packages it from our facility, and prepares the paperwork for the courier.

Orders placed after 12:00 AM GMT begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Time 1–5 business days Your package is in transit with our trusted carrier, Royal Mail. This time depends on your specific UK location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time 2–10 business days The full timeframe from order placement to arrival, operating Monday–Friday.

Tracking Your Order 

We provide full visibility into your shipment:

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your item is dispatched.
  • Need Help? If the tracking number doesn't work right away or if you haven't received the email, please contact us! We'll personally look up the status and resolve any technical issues. You can also monitor the status via our Track My Order page.

Changes, Cancellations, and Delays

  • Change Your Address: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@marnelle.co.uk or call us on +44 20 3996 2931. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes.
  • Cancellations: If you change your mind, we can accept cancellations before your order is shipped. For dispatched orders, please refer to our 30-day return policy.
  • Unexpected Delays: Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as public holidays or incorrect address information. If your package is taking longer than the estimated 10 business days, please contact us, and we will help resolve any issues within our power.

Packages Damaged in Transit

If you notice that a package is clearly damaged upon arrival, you have the right to reject the package from the delivery person. If the package was delivered without you present, please contact us immediately at support@marnelle.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement for you.
