1. Wash with Care
This is the most critical step. Always check your garment's care label first. Structured items like blazers and tweed coats are often Dry Clean Only. For washable items, we recommend hand washing knits in cool water and using a gentle/delicate cycle for other items.

2. Be Gentle on Fabrics
Harsh chemicals can damage fibres and fade colours. Always use a mild, non-bleach detergent. For your faux leather items, do not machine wash; simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.

3. Dry Carefully
Avoid high heat! We recommend air drying to keep your garments in perfect shape. High heat from a tumble dryer can cause shrinkage or damage materials. Lay knitwear flat to dry to prevent stretching, while other items can be hung.

4. Finishing & Storing
Never iron faux leather. For other fabrics, check the label first. A steamer is a great way to gently remove creases from dresses and blazers. To store, fold your knitwear to prevent stretching, and hang coats and blazers on sturdy, shaped hangers.
